Our client, a luxury residential developer with a leadership team with over 50 years of combined experience in high-end residential, apartment, and commercial projects, is delivering one of Perth’s most ambitious private homes — a fully bespoke, five-storey, $25M architectural landmark on a rare water front development. 

They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the reins and deliver this extraordinary project through to completion in 2027.

About the Role This is a unique, long-term opportunity to lead a high-profile project currently mid-excavation. All tender packages will be let by the end of the year, with only the forward works awarded to date. With the budget already established, the successful candidate will take ownership of delivery, working closely with an engaged private client and a team of top-tier consultants.
You'll be at the coalface — driving outcomes, adding value, and setting new standards in the luxury residential space.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of a highly bespoke, multi-level residence
• Oversee multiple work areas and trades across five architecturally complex levels
• Drive the tender process and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Identify and deliver meaningful cost and time savings without compromising quality
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders — including early payments to subcontractors
• Collaborate closely with the client and consultants to ensure vision and delivery remain aligned
• Deliver against a set and realistic budget with full autonomy and support

About You

• 10+ years’ experience in project delivery within the commercial construction space
• Must have a proven track record as a Delivery Project Manager with a Tier 1 head contractor, or on large-scale Tier 2 projects of significant complexity and value
• Strong background managing high-spec, multi-disciplinary builds from start to finish
• Commercially sharp and confident in subcontractor negotiation and contract management
• Able to manage concurrent work streams, foresee issues, and solve problems proactively
• A confident communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
