Job Summary
The Project Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and tactical marketing initiatives associated with the related projects.
Key to the success of this role is effective internal communications and engagement; collaboration with the Sales team; championship of systems, tools and resources; and alignment with the company's brand strategy and business goals.
Duties/Responsibilities
Work with the team to deliver project marketing plans for residential developments and prepare for launch. This includes budget development, sales centre fit-out and marketing, CGI’s, photography, brochures, collateral, events, interiors, video, digital, social media and signage.
Monitor digital and print advertising and work with sales agents for price updates and content changes including photography, project updates.
Prepare and deliver regular communications working with the Marketing team and Sales on all project deliverables including project updates to all external stakeholders.
Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure achievement of marketing objectives, including the construction and fit-out of sales centres within budget pre-set per site. Coordinate networks setups, guaranteeing secure and reliable connectivity.
Develop an annual marketing plan aimed at generating leads, positioning the product line and engaging with clients.
Manage content for projects on the website and ensure that it is refreshed regularly, relevant, on brand and represents the project from launch to handover.
Drive innovation in residential marketing, technological innovations, communication trends, new mediums or initiatives, and share across the business and with agencies to improve efficiencies.
Maintain and build all marketing supplier relationships, ensuring that our rates are industry leading and we have the highest possible output, meeting all deadlines with ease.
Understand the Company brand guidelines, policies and approval protocols and apply to all projects. Work with the Marketing team as a brand guardian within the Company and with all external suppliers.
Work with marketing, public relations representatives and events companies to execute all sales launches and opening events where applicable.
