Job Description

• Project Travel Coordinator
• Adelaide CBD Based
• Fulltime – Onsite (Initially moving to Hybrid after probation)
• Start Date April-May 2025
• Range $80K-90K (inc Super)

What does that look like?
• Travel co-ordination for interstate and international travelers
• Comprehension of client billing and taskforce-related charges.
• Site access requests, ensuring the team completes inductions prior to site visits.
• Record any training that’s taken place and any non-compliances to be followed up with relevant individuals
• Ensure team is equipped with the correct PPE for any given site visit, ordered and delivered on time.
• Process of SRM carts for any sub-contracts / project purchases on SAP
• Processing of Expense reports or Project team

• Strong organizational skills, judgment, flexibility, attention to detail
• Must be a team player / approachable
• Proficiency on Microsoft Office Applications
