The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Property and Leasing Manager to join the team on an ongoing basis. This is an exciting role for an experienced Property professional ready to take the next step in their career, bringing innovation to the management of the University’s large real estate portfolio and leading a team of customer-focused, dedicated professionals.

In this diversely rewarding role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the delivery of the University’s property portfolio strategy and policies
  • Delivering the best outcomes on all land transactions and property operations
  • Leading a small, collaborative team of property experts
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the University to ensure best-practice is maintained

To ensure your success in this position, you will demonstrate extensive experience in retail, commercial and/or industrial property management with proven results. You will have strong commercial acumen, with an ability to drive the best outcomes that align with the University’s focuses. Importantly, you are ready to take the next step into a people leadership position – your aptitude for leading, guiding and mentoring others is a true asset, and you are passionate about sharing expertise with others to support a well-rounded team.
