About our client...
Due to growth, a leading thriving national, full service Commercial Law Firm now has an opportunity for a talented Property Lawyer to join their well regarded Property Practice.

As a key player within this team you will work closely with friendly Partners in providing legal counsel and support to clients involved in a wide variety of mainly commercial office and industrial landlord leasing matters. You will prepare, review and negotiate various lease documents, provide clients with strategic commercial advice and assist with some cross-referred property work from other teams. You can also become involved in some agreement for lease and contract of sale/due diligence matters and basic property dispute matters. 

About you...
The successful applicant will need to have:-

• Solid property expertise (min. 3yrs) in a reputable property practice with a strong commercial office and industrial leasing background and preferably with institutional landlord clients;
• High quality attention to detail;
• Strong 'client service' focus, build/maintain key relationships; 
• Outstanding communication/interpersonal skills;
• Excellent time management and negotiation ability; 
• A willingness/eagerness to grow & develop professionally; and demonstrate leadership qualities.
