What’s in your toolkit?Proven experience as a Property or Real Estate Development Manager, or Assistant Development ManagerStrong understanding of the Queensland property market, with the ability to apply strategic and analytical thinking to drive ongoing portfolio growthSkilled in engaging, influencing, and managing both internal and external stakeholdersSound knowledge of property economics, legislation, valuation, planning processes, property law, and deal structuresA strategic, commercially minded approach, backed by strong business acumen, technical expertise, and negotiation skills
