About the Role

As a Consultant & Member Services team member, you’ll support our clients and members day-to-day—answering questions, solving problems, facilitating programs, and helping real estate professionals stay on track.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting clients via our 1300HelpUs helpline

  • Supporting REAL+ Members with onboarding, training access, and resources

  • Helping run our online platform, live webinars, and training content

  • Contributing to new industry initiatives and service development

  • Working across consulting and compliance support projects

And there’s room to grow

Once you’re settled in, you may want to expand into:

  • Facilitating our Fast Starter Program

  • Running online and in-person training

  • Supporting businesses with compliance and systems improvement

Fiona Blayney and her team will provide on-boarding, training, and ongoing mentoring—so you’re set up to succeed.

About You

  • You’ve worked in real estate, ideally in Property Management, operations, leadership or training

  • You’re a confident communicator—phone, Zoom, email, or in person

  • You’re tech-savvy, proactive, and ready to help others solve problems

  • You love variety and working across multiple clients and projects
