Belle Property Hawkesbury is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Property Officer to join our team. Working closely under the guidance of a Senior Property Manager, you will gain valuable hands-on experience across all areas of property management.

This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in real estate, with plenty of support, training, and opportunities for growth. You will assist in the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, liaise with tenants and landlords, conduct property inspections, and help ensure that our properties are maintained to a high standard.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with routine inspections and prepare inspection reports
  • Support in managing tenant enquiries and maintenance requests
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople professionally and promptly
  • Assist in preparing lease agreements, renewals, and notices
  • Help coordinate repairs and maintenance with approved contractors
  • Ensure property compliance and presentation standards are maintained
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Property Manager
  • Attend open homes, ingoing and outgoing inspections as required
  • Maintain accurate records and database management

  • Genuine interest in property management and real estate
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • A current Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

This is a full-time role, Tuesday to Saturday
