About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join the dynamic team at Harcourts Victoria Point. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial performance. This full-time role is based in Victoria Point, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

Manage a portfolio of residential investment properties

Oversee the entire rental lifecycle, including property advertising, tenant selection, lease management, and rent collection

Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs

Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reporting

Work closely with the broader team to achieve company goals and objectives

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar property management role

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Thorough understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations

Proficient in using property management software and systems

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proven track record of delivering high-quality results
