About the Client: A well established boutique agency located in Victoria Park has a rare opportunity to join their close-knit team who focus on providing their long standing clients with amazing customer service.

About the role:

  • Managing a very tidy portfolio of around 110 properties located around the office with the majority in Vic Park and Belmont areas.
  • End to end portfolio management to include routine inspections and finals.
  • Advertising properties and processing applications
  • Monitoring rent arrears
  • PCR's outsourced
  • Assistance with admin, lease renewals and home opens
Benefits:
  • Salary up to $90,000 + Super depending on experience + Fuel
  • Work from home flexibility for working parents including flexible start times and increased WFH in school holidays.
  • Thorough handover with current Property Manager of 9 years
  • Social events throughout the year
About the candidate:
  • Must have current PM registration and WA driving licence.
  • Ideally seeking a Property Manager with portfolio experience, but also open to A grade Assistants ready to take that next step in their career and be supported and trained.
