About the Role:
Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Residential Property Manager to manage a portfolio of between 160-200 properties in Bayside and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be supported by a fantastic team, with all the tools and training you need to succeed.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Managing a portfolio of 160-200 residential properties.

Providing exceptional customer service to property rental providers and renters.

Coordinating repairs and maintenance for managed properties.
- Conducting routine inspections and preparing condition reports.

Managing arrears, rent reviews, and lease renewals.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in managing a property portfolio.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and the capacity to foster positive connections with clients.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- An Agent’s Representative Certificate (required).
- Experience with Console Cloud and Inspect Real Estate is preferred but not essential.
