Property Manager | Blacktown Area | $110,000 Package

Responsibilities 

• Generate daily rental arrears reports 
• Manage late tenant payments for your landlords
• Address emails and inquiries courteously and professionally
• Efficiently manage maintenance requests
• Schedule, conduct, and follow up on routine inspections with the Leasing and administration team
• Input maintenance and owner invoices when required
• Liaising with landlords and tenants when required

Must have

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Property Manager handling portfolio
• Collaborative mindset, effective team player.
• Driven by personal and professional growth, seeks new challenges.
• Holds current real estate certificate of registration and driver's license.
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
