Who are we looking for? We are looking for a property manager with a minimum of 2 year’s experience, to be considered for this role you must have your Agents Rep certificate and current drivers’ licence.
The portfolio is tightly run, with 120 properties within the Southern suburbs and we require you to live in the area so its efficient for you to manage and have local knowledge of the properties and clients.
What will you be doing?
Our clients have tried to remove all the tedious parts of property management, so most admin related tasks are completed by a support team, all leasing is taken care of and their cloud-based systems make everything else a lot easier. Your duties will include:
- Handling of maintenance
- Final bond inspections
- Rent Reviews - with assistance
- Arrears management
- Relationship building
