What this job involves:

We’re looking for a Research Manager to be a part of Australia’s largest and most respected dedicated property research team! In the role, you will lead Alternatives Investments Research for Australia, by building content and profile for the firm, and working closely with our Capital Markets business.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Undertaking regular presentations to clients
  • Producing thought leadership and insights in the form of topical reports
  • Supporting the Living & Alternative Investment Capital Markets teams and clients
  • Generating media coverage and industry presentations
  • Build up datasets on the Australian markets
  • Contributing to regional research efforts, working closely with APAC and global research colleagues to provide the Australian context and analysis

Your ability to produce insightful, timely and accurate analysis on the Australian Alternative Investments market as well as assisting internal and external stakeholders in their day to day requests will be key to being successful in this role!

  • Qualifications in Property, Economics, Commerce, Finance and other analytical disciplines will be highly regarded
  • Prior experience in Research is preferred but not essential
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
  • Superior communication skills are essential, as are confidence and professionalism
