• Ascertain condition of properties and carry out necessary repairs to prepare property for sale
• Manage sale process

Key Capabilities:

• Proficient in reviewing property contracts and trust deeds.
• Skilled in assessing property condition and coordinating repairs.
• Experienced in managing end-to-end property sales.
• Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of property market trends and compliance requirements.
