What You Will Be Doing
The Rosebud Community Mental Health Team provides assessment and treatment to adults with experiences of severe and enduring mental health problems. As a valuable member of the multidisciplinary team, the senior psychologist will provide individual and group psychological treatment, drawing upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic models. This role also includes supporting other team members in their therapeutic work through: case consultation and reformulation; joint working; supervision; and/or training and education.
There are opportunities within this role to be involved in research projects and to work closely with universities to provide placements for clinical psychology students and to supervise Grade 2 psychologists within the service. The senior psychologist will also be part of a small, but supportive group of psychologists working within the Mental Health Service.
