GPH employs over 400 staff including many qualified health and other professionals including peer workers and community workers. GPH operations cover a large regional geographical footprint in NSW and ACT.
About The Position
The Quality Administration Officer is responsible for providing high quality administrative services including supporting internal processes to ensure GPH complies with State and Federal privacy laws.
Each GPH hub generally has a number of programs offering a range of services to the local community including mental health counselling, alcohol and other drugs support services and allied health programs. The role works flexibly and collaboratively with other teams, locations and administrative staff to support the delivery of effective and efficient administration services to meet the needs of the organisation.
Based in Wollongong, this is a part time opportunity (24 hours per week), fixed term until 30 June 2026 with possibility for extension.
We Are Looking For Someone With
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business/office administration (or working towards) and/or experience in an administrative roleExceptional customer service skills including the ability to be approachable, helpful and respectful Strong attention to detail, ability to be flexible and open to learning new skills Excellent organisational skills including a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities in a busy office environment
