About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to lead and enhance their quality management systems. Reporting to senior management, this hands-on role ensures compliance, drives improvement initiatives, and maintains the organisation’s reputation for excellence.
  
Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including ISO 9001 and AS9100D accreditation.
• Lead and mentor Inspectors to meet quality standards.
• Oversee product inspection processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Perform hands-on inspections and collaborate with teams to uphold quality standards.

  
Key Requirements

• 5+ years managing a quality department in CNC machining, fabrication, or general engineering.
• Proven success in achieving and maintaining ISO 9001 accreditation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and lead a team effectively.
