Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a rapidly growing consultancy based in Australia, specialising in delivering innovative infrastructure solutions across a diverse range of projects. They are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Adelaide and play a key role in their continued success and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for a variety of infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review tender documentation, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert advice on contract administration, resolve any contractual matters, and mitigate risks associated with project costs.
• Prepare and submit detailed cost reports, valuations, and progress claims in line with project milestones.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly in infrastructure projects.
• Excellent letter writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle contractual matters.
• A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
