• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional presentation and a friendly attitude

• Customer service experience or a background in reception/admin is a bonus

• Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus

• Agent’s Representative Certificate desirable (or willingness to obtain)
