The Person: 

The ideal candidate will be a confident, professional, and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic front-of-house role. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, so a smiley face, exceptional communication skills, can do attitude are essential.

You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with a calm and composed approach. With a natural ability to anticipate needs and take initiative, you’ll ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the front desk and create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. 

  • Answer and direct phone calls. 

  • Assisting with emails, and other inquiries. 

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment. 

  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and bookings. 

  • Handle the posting and logging of incoming and outgoing mail. 

  • Ensure the office is kept tidy and well-organised, including general office upkeep. 

  • Support various administrative tasks, including filing, maintaining systems/databases and document preparation. 

  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations. 

Skills & Experience Required: 

  • Proven experience in reception or administration (experience in accounting is not required). 

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

  • A friendly, professional demeanour with a positive attitude. 

Please note: The hours for this role will require some flexibility of hours between our WA & GC office, which means working from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This may be subject to change.
