What will you be doing?
Supporting a well-established Financial Planning and administrative team, your duties may include, but are not limited to:
Receptionist duties, greeting and welcoming visitors
Monitoring and responding to enquiries via phone and email
Arranging appointments and associated tasks
Database recording
General office administration.
Desired Attributes
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
High level organisational skills, professional phone manner and strong attention to detail
