We are looking for a well presented, energetic person to be the welcoming face of our office.

What will you be doing?

Supporting a well-established Financial Planning and administrative team, your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Receptionist duties, greeting and welcoming visitors

  • Monitoring and responding to enquiries via phone and email

  • Arranging appointments and associated tasks

  • Database recording

  • General office administration.
