Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized space.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling office correspondence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Sales Duties:

  • Assist customers in identifying their needs and providing appropriate product/service recommendations.
  • Present and sell the company’s products/services in a compelling way.
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Assist in the management of customer accounts, ensuring accurate information and records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
  • Sales experience or a strong interest in sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong customer service mindset.
