The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Front of House/ Receptionist who is passionate about people and looking to enter the Beauty / Wellness Industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the best possible client experience from the moment our clients walk through the door.

About the Role:

Your day-to-day will include:

• Scheduling client appointments, and assisting with client check-ins/out

• Supporting our therapists in daily clinic operations including resetting treatment rooms

• Administrative support to ensure the smooth day to day running of the clinic

• Maintaining a clean and organised clinic environment

• Being the first touch point for clients whether it be via the phone or in person
