Receptionist / Media Assistant - Advertising Agency

ADAD is a dynamic, full-service TV advertising agency specializing in Creative, Production, Media Planning/Buying, and Data Analytics. As we continue to grow, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Receptionist/Media Assistant to join our expanding media team.

The successful applicant will work closely with Account Managers and Senior Media Buyers across a diverse range of campaigns, utilizing various media platforms. These include television, BVOD (broadcast video on demand), SVOD (subscription video on demand), out of home, radio, and podcast advertising.

About the role:

As the face of the agency you will be responsible for greeting our clients and network partners.  Given the diversity of this role you will also be a part of the media team and assist with managing our client's campaigns. This would be a role suitable for graduates looking to start their career!

Reception duties include:

Greeting clients

Answering incoming calls and correspondence

General office duties - filing, hospitality, mailing etc

PA to the Management and Media Team

General administration duties including data entry and accounting

Media Assistant duties include:

• Support Account Managers and Senior Media Buyers in the execution of multi-platform media campaigns

• Assist with media buys, booking reports, post-campaign analysis, and compiling relevant data

• Daily communication with media networks to facilitate campaign execution across TV, BVOD, SVOD, Out of Home, radio, and podcast channels

• Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare and deliver campaign presentations and performance reports
