Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Exercising confidentiality regarding patient care and all aspects of the practice  

• Following policies and procedures  

• Liaising with patients, doctors, and team members  

• Answering phones  

• Managing patient accounts and taking payments 

• Updating patient details 

• General housekeeping when necessary  

• Undertaking other duties as required
