ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and fast learning person join our Administration Team on a fixed term, parental leave cover working Monday – Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm. The successful candidate will be located at our Milperra branch, 2214, with an immediate start available. In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate with customers and buyers face to face, via phone and/or email to provide information and advice on a daily basis, with a high level of customer service
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, organise couriers, complete data entry, and order office supplies
  • Complete administrative duties associated with the auction process with a high level of accuracy, meeting agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure buyer and vendor expectations are met through timely and accurate completion of administration duties
  • Support internal departments to meet their objectives and administration requirements.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume reception or customer service position
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously without close supervision
