The Melton and Bacchus Marsh Foot Clinics are recruiting a part time receptionist/office administrator.

The Role
As a receptionist/office administrator some of your duties will include;
Office administration
Answering incoming calls
Greeting patients
Scheduling appointments
Assisting clients with general inquiries
Process patient payments – online Medicare claiming, HICAPS, EFT
Scanning & e-filing correspondence
Preparing outgoing correspondence
End of day balancing
Instrument processing and sterilization
Requirements

Experience in Allied Health and CorePlus Practice Management Software, and flexibility/availability is beneficial to applicants.
The role is 19.5 hours per week inclusive of the following:
Monday: 10am-2pm
Tuesday: 10am-2pm
Friday: 8.30am-5pm
Saturday: 8.15am-12.30pm
Remuneration will be paid according to the Health Professionals and Support Services Award (MA00027).
