Our mission is to match dental practices with skilled, reliable, and passionate staff — and we only work with people and practices that meet our high standards. As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who’s just as passionate about people as we are.

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and people aware Recruitment Assistant to support our day-to-day hiring process. You'll be helping us screen new applicants and conduct phone interviews to assess their communication style, experience, and overall vibe. You’ll play a key role in making sure only the best candidates join our pool of dental professionals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Reviewing applications and resumes from dental assistants and clinical support staff

• Making screening calls to assess communication, confidence, and suitability

• Identifying and flagging stand-out candidates (or red flags) for the next stage

• Keeping accurate notes on candidates and helping with follow-up communications

• Supporting onboarding and reference checks as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or any role where people skills were key

• Strong and confident phone communication — friendly but professional

• A quick judge of character who knows how to spot a great candidate

• Highly organised with solid admin and documentation habits

• Some knowledge of the dental industry is a bonus, but not essential

• Positive energy, initiative, and a genuine interest in people
