About the Role
We are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our early childhood temp team in the Sydney office.

What you'll do:

• Source & match top talent in a fast paced environment for temp and contract roles in early childhood services
• Build and expand client relationships within our OSHC services across NSW. 
• Deliver exceptional customer service while driving business growth
• Be part of a team building success from the ground up

Shifts: Rotating roster with early starts (6:30 am) or late finishes (6 pm) and some weekend work
  
What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or sales
• Experience in work force planning, rostering and scheduling is highly desirable 
• Strong relationship-building and lead generation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines
• A drive for continuous learning and development
• A valid Australian driver’s license, full working rights, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer WWCC
• Knowledge of the education sector is a bonus!
