Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools and strategiesConducting initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.Facilitate interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment processCollaborate with Business Development Managers to identify role requirements and team fitPerform thorough reference checks before job placements to ensure high standards.Maintain ongoing engagement with candidates post-placement to monitor satisfaction and retention.
