Fusion People are looking for an experienced Consultant to join their team - an opportunity to hit the ground running with a desk and database of candidates/clients procured over 20 years.

We will provide a clear career path for you to develop into a Lead Consultant building your own team with regular promotion targets. You will be given ongoing mentorship, training and support from day 1 by the company Director and well established Recruitment Consultants to assist in the development of your career.

This position have become available due to the continued success of the business. Opportunities within the business in verticals leveraging 20 years of historical relationships. Salary ranging from $75,000 - $85,000.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Building and nurturing long term working relationship's
• Proactively resourcing candidates via database, advertising, networking and head hunting
• Manage the end to end Recruitment process
• Interviewing and screening potential candidates 
• Attending Client events/exhibitions and Business events
• Using Recruitment software such as JobAdder (training provided)
• Reference checking and maintaining personnel records
