Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager - Entry level

Techforce Personnel are a national Recruitment agency, project management and workforce delivery firm specialising in blue - and white-collar recruitment across mining and resources, shutdowns, facilities maintenance, industrial services, civil construction, healthcare and the oil and gas sectors.

We are currently looking to recruit entry level/trainee recruitment consultants & account managers to join our blue collar, shutdown and workforce management teams.
    
Person Specification:

• Previous recruitment, workforce management or sales experience preferable 
• Strong organisational and diary management skills
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills
• Highly self-motivated and the ability to retain information quickly
• Able to communicate effectively and build rapport on the phone 
• Strong IT and systems/Microsoft office experience
• The ability to achieve numerous KPI's 
• Good geographical knowledge
• Critical thinker with problem solving capabilities

The Role:

• Assisting the wider Recruitment Team with sourcing, screening, onboarding and mobilising new and existing workforce personnel 
• Achieve activity based KPI's weekly 
• Conducting reference checks on new hires
• Scheduling interviews
• Booking medicals and site required inductions
• Keeping candidate data and system data up to date and 'live'
• Ordering and managing PPE and other site ready kit to be administered to candidates
