About the Role
We are looking for a leader who listens, manages to strengths, is inclusive in their approach, and leads from the front to build strong teams.
You will be responsible for leading sites across the region to ensure sites continue to meet their high level service delivery and compliance across the Workforce Australia contract.
Through your strengths-based leadership style, you will collaboratively drive initiatives and instil a culture of confidence, positivity and enthusiasm into your region to ensure high performance and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
This role is being offered on a full time and fixed term contract ending 03 October 2025 and will work across the Perth South region. Base site located in Cannington and a willingness to travel across the region will be essential, therefore a valid drivers will also be required.
You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9 day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice. Remuneration
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
