Regional Manager

 The Position

To support our continued growth, we are appointing a Regional Manager to take responsibility for our client engagement and project delivery work across Queensland.

 You will compliment your own engineering knowledge with extensive experience from within the Process Partners team in our Sydney and Melbourne offices and deliver innovative and effective solutions to our clients.

 While a component of this role is commercial, you will be providing leadership and project management guidance to engineers within the Queensland team for projects delivered in the region.  Typical skills include proficiency in team leadership, concept & detailed design, estimating, writing specifications, managing subcontractors and commissioning. 

 You may be looking to take the next step in your career building on your sound engineering background and developing your commercial capabilities or you may already have a commercial role and leading an engineering team.  Based on our recent history, the role has scope to expand our services to a broader customer base in Queensland.

 Ideally you will have a network of existing relationships in the food industry built over a period from delivering projects.  With Process Partners’ diverse capability you will utilise and expand your network whilst successfully leading and growing our team, winning and delivering projects on time, on budget and to customers expectations.

 Successful Candidates

To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate:

· Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork 

· Technical proficiency in an engineering discipline. 7+ years relevant experience within food or related hygienic manufacturing industry

· Ability to develop hygienic process concepts and evolve into commercially viable detailed designs

· Commercially capable to structure and negotiate contracts

· Ability to manage complicated projects with various disciplines and coordinate a broad range of stakeholders (internal and external)

· Effective management of teams with awareness and leadership in safe work practices

· Ability to work independently and travel to site as required
