About the Opportunity

Bethsalem Care is actively seeking passionate and committed Registered Nurses who will be a key member of the team that delivers high quality, safe and individualised care which supports resident’s well-being, whilst assisting them to maintain their best life possible.

Their responsibilities Include:

• Delivering resident-focused and exceptional quality clinical care that optimises resident health and well-being.

• Leading a team of committed nursing and care staff.

• Identifying and responding to the changing care needs of residents.

• Ensuring that documentation accurately reflects care delivery that supports funding requirements.

• Developing, implementing, reviewing and updating resident care plans, in consultation with residents, families and other members of the care team.

• Taking responsibility for medication management that is safe and compliant with best-practice and all relevant obligations.

About You

You have a passion for caring for people who are navigating the ageing process and you are genuinely committed to a fulfilling career in aged care nursing.

You have:

• Current, un-restricted Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

• NDIS clearance

• Completed the National Hand Hygiene Initiative (NHHI) training

• Leadership capabilities

• An understanding of (or commitment to learn) the Aged Care Standards.

• A willingness to understand the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC).

• Well-developed computer skills.

• Robust organisation and time management skills

• The ability to multi-task in a busy and fulfilling environment.
