Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical | Sydney – North Sydney

New opportunities await talented and accomplished Registered Nurses to join the Surgical/ Medical teams at a private hospital in Sydney. There are part-time positions are available, offering a chance to elevate your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will report directly to the Medical or Surgical Unit Manager and will care for patients across a wide variety of specialities including Urology, Orthopaedics and Medical Services. As a successful applicant, you will be supported by the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and an experienced leadership team who emphasise and promote ongoing clinical education within the Medical/ Surgical Units.

REQUIREMENTS

Current Registration with AHPRA;
RNs require a minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience in a Medical/Surgical area, with demonstrated clinical knowledge and practice;
Being collaborative and having well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to confidently practice as an individual whilst maintaining communication and consulting with the multidisciplinary team;
A commitment to customer service and quality improvement;
Well-developed time management skills with the ability to prioritise activities;
Experience with the computerised reporting system;
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
