Registered Nurse - Tele Health - HYBRID Role

Fantastic Tele Health Nursing Role in Brisbane! 6 month contract with potential to go permanent. 4 day week. Office and Work from home!

• Hybrid - 2 days work from home & 2 days based in Office

• 6 month temporary contract (possibility to extend to permanent)

We have a fantastic role within an office Tele Health environment!

The Role:

• Evaluate patients' health over calls, and understand their symptoms, and medical history to recommend suitable care.
• Work in collaboration of the wider team. 
• Offer accurate guidance on health concerns, medications, and self-care practices through telehealth channels.
• Determine the urgency of health issues and direct patients to appropriate care levels, including scheduling follow-ups or referrals.
• Educate patients on medical conditions, treatments, and healthy lifestyle changes for improved well-being.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure the best service is given to the client. 

The ideal candidate:

• 5 years minimum experience as a Registered Nurse 
• Current AHPRA Registration 
• Experience within ICU/CCU/ED/Triage/Tele Health  
• A proactive nurse who loves to work in a team! 
• Excellent Communication and PC Skills 
• Ability to be a critical thinker
• Strong organisational and time management skills
