What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality nursing and personal care to elderly residents in our aged care facilities
• Administering medication and monitoring residents' health and wellbeing
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualised care plans
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Promoting a warm, compassionate and resident-centred environment
• Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse, Personal Care Assistant or Enrolled Nurse
• Demonstrated experience in an aged care or similar healthcare setting
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of the elderly
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards
