Research Nurse - Fixed Term, Full-Time Role (Maternity Leave replacement)
The Parkville Cancer Clinical Trials Unit (PCCTU) co-ordinates clinical trials across the 3 institutions of the Parkville Medical precinct: The Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the Royal Womens' Hospital. We are the largest oncology trials unit in Australia with an exciting and expanding trials portfolio. We are seeking a Research Nurse or a Nurse eager to experience the world of clinical trials, with oncology and/or haematology experience to join one of our acute haematology teams. The successful candidate will have clinical experience in a hospital, will have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. The position is a full-time maternity leave replacement for 1 year. Training and mentoring are provided.
Classification will be Research Nurse Level 1 unless you have prior clinical trials experience when classification will be dependent on that experience.
