How will this new role make an impact within Carinity? Reporting to our Regional Residential Manager, this new role will help support the operations of Carinity’s 11 Residential Aged Care homes across Queensland.
The role will provide practical on-site and remote support for Residential Managers and Aged Care homes to embed Carinity practices, policies and procedures at each of our locations.
Additionally, this role will facilitate key projects with an aim to achieve a consistent and streamlined provision of high-quality care to residents, compliance with standards, and financial and operational targets across the division.
We want to hear from candidates that ideally have: Ability to work within the Christian ethos and framework of CarinityTertiary Qualification/s in NursingMinimum of five years’ experience within the Aged Care industry, with demonstrated experience in the coordination and implementation of clinical/care servicesDemonstrated leadership and people management skills (including support of Managers across several locations)Knowledge of legislative and operating requirements within the health/aged care industry, including Aged Care Quality Standards
