About the role:
We have a permanent part time position available for 26 hours per fortnight. In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.
  
At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday.  Roster details are below:
  
Week 1
Saturday 3-10pm Sleepover (7 hours)
Sunday 6-9am (3 hours)
Tuesday 4-7pm (3 hours)
Wednesday 4-7pm (3 hours)
  
Week 2
Sunday 10-2pm (4 hours)
Tuesday 4-7pm (3 hours)
Wednesday 4-7pm (3 hours)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
  • Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Valid Victorian Driver's License
  • Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
