Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, train, and motivate a team of waitstaff to provide exceptional customer service
Ensure guests receive a memorable fine dining experience, with a focus on steakhouse specialties
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the dining area
Manage inventory and ordering of front-of-house supplies (e.g., tableware, beverages, etc.)
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Monitor financials, including managing labor costs and ensuring profitability
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the front-of-house
Collaborate with Venue Manager to develop strategies for growth and improvement
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position within a fine dining restaurant, ideally in a steakhouse or similar high-end dining environment
Proven track record of leadership and team management
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of steak preparation, menu offerings, and wine pairings
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences
Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
Fluency in English
A passion for fine dining and delivering exceptional steakhouse experiences
