About the role

Teos Italian Malvern is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our popular Italian/Pizza restaurant in Malvern. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to be part of a great team and work in a great environment. Teo's (formerly Matteo's) is one of our two restaurants, the other located in Highett. We are a local focused venue catering to the Malvern and surrounding neighbourhoods. n

The idea candidate will oversee the day to day running of the venue including rostering, hiring, ordering and most importantly customer service

We are looking for a hands on operator with a service focus and a view to improving the business any way possible. We are not a massive venue but we are busy and we are always striving to be busier and better.

Hospitality experience is a must, as is great communication and attitude. This role is perfect for an aspiring manager looking to take a step up or someone currently managing a venue.
