We are seeking a Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Pacific Fair, Broadbeach store while also managing recruitment, training, and staffing across all stores.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys both hands-on retail management and strategic workforce planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pacific Fair store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Recruitment & Training: Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff across all stores.
- Staffing & Rostering: Manage workforce planning, staff scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales, meet KPIs, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and oversee stock control procedures.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and develop team members to achieve business goals.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and retail best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the retail industry and at least 1 year in a retail management role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive approach to challenges and ability to work under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Retail Express, Deputy, Office 365, and Google Workspaces is advantageous.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work across multiple store locations as required.
