Retail Manager- Full Time

Key Responsibilities (Retail Manager):

• Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards.
• Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices.
• Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services.
• Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Undertaking budgeting for the establishment.
• Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the Domino’s store, including open/close procedures.
• Leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver quality service and meet store KPIs.
• Rostering and managing shift coverage to maintain smooth operations.
• Supervising food preparation to ensure adherence to Domino’s standards and food safety guidelines.
• Managing customer interactions professionally and resolving complaints effectively.
• Conducting stock ordering, receiving, and inventory checks.
• Driving local marketing initiatives and community engagement to increase brand visibility.
• Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
• Performing cash handling, daily reconciliations, and end-of-day banking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or quick-service food management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
• Formal qualifications in business, retail, or hospitality management are an advantage.
