Retail Sales Associate, Multi Site - Woden

Salary Field: $55k + Super + Overtime Rates + Onsite Parking

What you'll be doing

• Delivering a world-class customer experience by proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right products and solutions
• Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our premium audio products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless checkout process
• Maintaining a tidy and visually appealing store environment, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed to the highest standards
• Actively contributing to store sales targets and KPIs through your excellent selling skills and product knowledge

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the consumer electronics or audio equipment industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers from all backgrounds
• A genuine passion for technology and audio equipment, with the ability to discuss product features and benefits in an engaging and informative manner
