Retail Sales Manager - Ecommerce Car Parts & Accessories

Automotive Superstore is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Showroom Sales Manger.

We are looking for talented individuals who share the same passion for everything Automotive. Whether you are into the classics, muscle cars, JDM, Euro, 4WD Off-Road, you will be joining a team of equally enthusiastic car fanatics.

About the Role:
As the Showroom Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the showroom, leading a small team, and ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and professional experience. You’ll drive sales performance, keep the showroom looking its best, and help match customers with the right products and solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, including customer service, sales, stock presentation, and cleanliness

• Lead, motivate, and support the showroom team to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets

• Provide expert product advice across our range of automotive electronics and accessories

• Handle customer enquiries and take ownership of complex & high-value sales

• Maintain strong product knowledge, staying up to date with the latest releases and features

• Report on showroom performance and contribute to sales strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience in automotive parts & accessories

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A hands-on, customer-first approach with a positive attitude

• High attention to detail and pride in presentation

• Ability to work Saturdays and some extended hours when required

• Basic computer skills (POS systems, CRM, stock management tools)

• Previous experience in an Automotive Parts Accessories store a PLUS (Autobarn, Repco, Bursons, AutoOne etc)
