About the Role

We are seeking Casual Retail Assistants who are passionate about providing excellent customer service to join our Retail & Trade Paint Store in our Christies Beach and Rosewater stores. Let us know what hours suit you (minimum 20 hours per week). If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and a passion for people then this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Counter and internal Cash handling / EFTPOS;

• Accurately mix and tint paint;

• Assist in maintaining stock levels;

• Phone enquiries and orders

• Coordination of deliveries

Skills & Experience

• Possess an interest in our products; Industry experience preferred but not necessary

• Have the ability to communicate clearly with customers; Outstanding customer service and building relationships with trade and retail alike

• Good verbal and written skills

• Positive can-do attitude

• Have demonstrated experience in a customer facing role;

• Assisting customers and fulfilling orders.

• Merchandising and stock control

• You will be comfortable with manual handling as part of your normal day; for example – lifting heavy paint tins (up to 32kgs), pushing, and pulling trolleys, standing for long periods.

• POS system knowledge or appropriate tech-savvy skills.
