Task & Responsibilities

• Ensuring customers receive prompt and efficient assistance while providing high-quality products and services.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints regarding products and services in a professional manner.
• Organizing and preparing staff schedules, assigning specific responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Recruiting, training, evaluating, and making decisions on staff promotions or terminations, while addressing employee concerns and grievances.
• Guiding staff on handling complex sales processes and providing training on customer interaction protocols.
• Reviewing returned merchandise and determining appropriate actions, including exchanges or refunds.
• Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records, placing orders to replenish merchandise as needed.
• Verifying that products are correctly priced, appropriately displayed, and align with marketing strategies.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and enforcing security measures to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
  
   

Qualification & Experience

Qualification:

AQF Certificate II or III or a related field.

Experience: 

2+ years of experience in retail or customer service, with supervisory experience preferred.
